Based on information I can find, your piano has a Brambach serial number (made by Aeolian) which dates it to 1941. There were a couple companies that were in line with Aeolian in regards XXXXX XXXXX and serial numbers. Aeolian didn't have any pianos branded under their name, though as you said there were many other brands made under their control.
